Women First is a global initiative launched by Leaders First. The event will provide inspiring stories of women who achieved success in their professional life and are currently leaders in their respective industries.

The event is organised in partnership with The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Switzerland and Young Executive Committee.

To make this conference inclusive TotUp nurseries will offer activities for kids of all ages (free of charge). This way our guests can bring their children and leave them in a safe environment (dedicated area) with highly professional teachers from TotUp, whilst participating in the business conference and networking sessions.

There will be plenty of opportunities to meet female leaders from around the world and from a wide range of industries, to understand what has driven them, and to listen to the challenges they are facing and the soft-skills they used to achieve their position.
